Rules:

  • Must uncover family secrets (explore graves, old photos)

  • Must either:

    • Reunite the entire extended family OR

    • Burn it all down (divorce, feud, estrangement arc)

  • End the legacy with either:

    • A healed family dynasty OR

    • Absolute generational implosion


World and Weather Restrictions for Gen 8: Fate

World Rules:

  • Forgotten Hollow; We are embracing the drama.

  • Lot Requirements: 30x30 or larger

  • Add Dark Ley Line or Vampire Nexus

  • Must build:

    • Family archive room (portraits of every heir)

    • Secret basement chamber

    • Graveyard or memorial garden

  • Final Decision:

    • Restore family unity (move relatives into compound) OR

    • Destroy legacy (sell mansion, move to tiny home, cut ties)

  • Aesthetic: Gothic. Moody lighting. Heavy velvet. Secrets everywhere.


Weather Rules:

  • Final heir must make their ending decision during:

    • A thunderstorm, OR

    • Heavy snow.

  • If cloudy for 3 consecutive days – visit family graves.

  • If lightning strikes graveyard – add decorative lighting permanently.


Symbolism: Fate reveals itself when skies darken.


Carry Over Lore Item: The entire archive wall


The heir discovers the storms were never punishment, they were warnings. You may choose:

A. Break the Pact (Destroy heirloom items. Remove lot challenges. End the cycle.)

B. Renew the Pact (Add Dark Ley Line permanently. Begin new legacy from Generation I again — but now occult bloodline allowed.)
