• Windenburg; Old money energy.

• Lot Requirements: 50x50 lot minimum

• Must build a mansion (3 floors minimum)

• Add Home Studio or Good Schools lot trait

• Family cemetery required on property

• Must host at least:

  • 2 charity galas

  • 1 family reunion

• Aesthetic: Grand staircase. Chandeliers. Perfect landscaping.

Weather Rules:

• Outdoor gala must occur regardless of forecast.

• If event fails due to weather – donate §5,000.

• Children may not play outside in thunderstorms (strict parenting).
