• Britechester; Academia obsession era.

• Lot Requirements: Start in university housing

• After graduation, must move to smallest residential lot

• Add Study Spot lot trait

• Build:

  • Dedicated library room

  • Science lab or observatory

• Home must contain at least 5 bookshelves.

• Aesthetic: Dark academia. Cluttered desk. Too many notes.

Weather Rules:

• During thunderstorms – study or skill-build.

• During snow days – complete aspiration milestone.

• If Sim becomes tense due to weather – journal about it (Writing skill requirement).

Symbolism: Even storms become fuel for intellect.
